On its own, a store collects orders. It cannot tell which of them are real, reach the customer to confirm, or keep them warm until delivery. Connecting your store to Replyk closes that gap: each new order becomes the start of a WhatsApp conversation, where your AI agent confirms intent, verifies the details, and moves a deliverable order into fulfillment.

How the connection works
Once your store is connected, new orders flow into Replyk automatically. For each one, the agent reaches out to the customer on WhatsApp to confirm the order, answer questions, and โ where the order was abandoned mid-checkout โ recover it. Confirmed orders are then ready for dispatch through a connected carrier.

Getting started
