The AI can schedule follow-up messages and actions for later.
How Scheduled Tasks Work
During conversations, the AI can schedule future actions:
- SEND_MESSAGE, Follow-up message at a specific time.
- CREATE_ORDER, Delayed order creation.
- Example: "I'll follow up with you tomorrow at 10am."
Managing Tasks
- View pending tasks in Business → Scheduled Tasks.
- Cancel tasks before they execute.
- See which conversation each task belongs to.
- Tasks execute automatically at the scheduled time.
