Google Sheets Integration
Connect a Google Sheet to Replyk so that every row matching your rules automatically becomes a WhatsApp draft order — without any manual copy-paste.
How It Works
Replyk polls your spreadsheet every minute (configurable). When a row matches your filter rules, it reads the mapped columns, creates a draft order, and sends the configured WhatsApp template to the customer's phone number. The AI Agent then handles the conversation.
Quick start
Connect your Google account
Go to Business → Apps and click Connect Google account. You will be redirected to Google to approve access — Replyk can only see the spreadsheets you later pick, never your whole Drive.
Step-by-step OAuth guideCreate a sheet connection
Click New sheet connection and choose your spreadsheet in Google's picker window. The wizard walks you through four steps: basics, row-filter rules, column mapping, and the WhatsApp sender.
Set your row-filter rules
Rules decide which rows become orders. For example: only rows where the Status column equals "new lead".

Tell Replyk which column contains the customer phone, name, address, etc. Only the phone column is required.

Pick which approved template is sent when a row matches, and which WhatsApp number sends it. If you have multiple WhatsApp profiles, you must select one explicitly.
Pick sync mode
Live only — ignore existing rows; only process new ones added after the connection is created. Include historical — process every matching row already in the sheet, then keep syncing.

🟢 Live only (recommended)
When the connection is first activated, Replyk records the current row count and ignores everything above it. Only rows appended after that moment are processed. Safe to use on sheets that already have thousands of historical leads.
📜 Include historical
Every row that matches your rules — past and future — is processed. Suitable for a clean backfill. Deduplication ensures a row is never processed twice, even if you toggle the connection off and on.
FAQ
How often does Replyk poll my sheet?
Every 60 seconds by default. You can lower this to 30 seconds or raise it to any value in the connection settings.
Will the same row ever create two orders?
No. Replyk stores a unique signature for every processed row. Even if you reorder rows, edit their content, or reconnect the same sheet, a row will never be processed twice.
What happens if the phone number is invalid?
The order is created with status Human Verification Needed and flagged for manual review in the Conversations inbox.
What happens if no template is configured?
A DRAFT order is created, but no WhatsApp message is sent. You can still reach the customer manually from the Conversations inbox.
Do I need to share the sheet with Replyk?
No. The Google account you authorize is used to read the sheet on your behalf. As long as that Google account has access to the sheet, Replyk can read it.
